Hello all! So as you can see, I don't really have a title for this week's entry. Ha! There have been lots of different things going on; for one, we've started the bathroom remodel. I say "started" in that we've bought just about everything we need to put it back together once we rip it all out. We just haven't started the demolition part yet. It's hard to work around Miss C's naps, which still remain elusive.
Don't get me wrong, our little girl goes down mid-morning, mid-afternoon, and (gasp!) late-afternoon. But these naps only seem to last about an hour. We are now working on putting ourselves to sleep with no help from Mommy or Daddy. Supposedly if she can fall asleep on her own, she has a much better chance of falling back to sleep on her own if she wakes during nap time. It's a work in progress. :) Thankfully we are still sleeping through the night! :)
Chloe has also really started wanting to sit up. She no longer really wants to lay down--she squeals and starts to cry. So, we prop her up in her Boppy and she just watches and plays that way. She has also become VERY interested in her hands, more so than usual. Today, she has been getting very upset when she can't quite get them to her mouth fast enough. We are still waiting to see if she goes with the thumb or her two fingers like Mama use to do. :)
In other Chloe news, she has become fascinated with books. She loves to be read to and look at the pictures. I bought her an Elmo book for Valentine's Day and she just loves it. The videos below are of Chloe reading with Daddy and playing with Mama in her Boppy.

It sounds like she's right on track on becoming a big girl that likes to know what's going on! You think she might be a social butterfly?? The videos were so sweet!
I think she's going to be just like her Daddy--never misses a beat and always in the middle of everything! Lord help us! :)
